Issue:  A request to Re-Zone Parcels #: V-88-A-1, V-12-A, V-79, V-10-A-1, and V-2-1-27-411 (owned by the Duane & Susan Munn) from Rural Residential to Highway Resort Zone, despite the fact that the property does not meet the definition of Highway Resort Zone as set forth in VULU Chapter 22.

This issue subsumed by Re-Zone of Property located at 393 W SR 9 from Rural Residential to Highway Resort Zone below in February 2018.
