Revision of Chapter One (1), Definitions: An Ordinance Amending Chapter One (1) of the Virgin Uniform Land Use Ordinance (“VULU”) to Include the Definition of Short-Term Rental and Residential Hosting Facility (“RHF”) and other Definitions Related thereto.

Section 1 of New VULU Chapter Thirty (30), Special Lodging: An Ordinance Establishing Standards for the Leasing of Entire Residential Dwelling Units for Periods of Less than Thirty (30) Consecutive Days – Also known as “Short-Term Rentals.”.

Revision of VULU Chapter Twenty-Eight (28) Master Plan Overlay District:  An Ordinance Amending Sections of Chapter 28 of the Virgin Uniform Land Use Ordinance (“VULU”) to Reduce the Size of Parcels of Real Property that may be considered for a Master Plan Overlay District.

Re-Zone of Property Located at 393 W SR9 from Rural Residential to Highway Resort Zone:  An Ordinance Amending Virgin Town’s Official Zoning Map by Re-Zoning Approximately 80.58 Acres of Real Property Located at Approximately South of SR9 at 393 W (“Subject Property”) from its Present Designation of Rural Residential (RR) to Highway Resort Zone (HRZ).
